i have recently moved my organization to Office365 cloud and i have activated for 15+ users the BES service. All are ok but i would like to know how it works when there is a rule at outlook for moving an incoming email to a specific folder.
This email is not being seen at the Blackberry device, how can i make it to be seen?

By default only the Inbox is pushed to the device, as the rule files the message on receipt it never makes it to the inbox.
In order to have the emails that are filed pushed to the device, from you inbox go to Menu - Options - Email Preferences - Menu Key - Folder Redirection and tick the folders you want pushed. Note - only new emails will be pushed.
