Incoming email to the BB suddenly stopped working about 40 hours ago and stil does not work. Outgoing email works fine and calendar sync works fine.
I tried all the usual remedies like removing battery, resending service books, updating the security policy, and even wiping/restoring the handheld. No success.
My work around is to define the office365 server as a POP/SMTP server on the 9700. I can see emails, but this is ugly!
Any ideas how to correct this issue?
