Apologies if this has been answered but i cant seem to find it in the forum.
I was wondering if someone could help me. I have recently activated BBCS in Office365 and have added a few users' blackberrys. They are up and running and are receiving emails - however one of the users has said that in the past they could delete emails on their blackberry and it would also delete on there outlook exchange emails. But since changing to the new one when they delete their emails on the blackberry the emails are still present in OWA.
Is there an option somewhere that i can enable to allow this please?
Any advice would be great

Hi,
Me too is experincing the same issue. However i was just using BB9790 with BBCS till this morning and it all been working seamlessly... till i upgraded to BB9900 in the afternoon and been having this same issue you are facing. I wonder if its some settings in BB9900 that i causing this. Are you guys using BB9900 too?

Hey sMatty,
I had figured out how to fix the issue. Follow the following steps:
- Go to email message
- Press Menu
- Scroll down to Options and select it
- Scroll down to Email Reconciliation and select it
- Select email account registered
Make sure the followin is enable as follows:
- Delete On: Prompt
- Wireless Reconciliation: Checked
- On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins
Hope it works for you as it has for me. Though remaining issue is that all emails prior to registering my bb900 is not showing on my bb! Whatever emails that comes in after works fine....

Thank you very much. we need the option to delete on: Mailbox AND Handheld
So i chose that option.
Yea any emails from now on is fine as long as it will work from now on
