I have setup a E3 plan, Have setup a user in the blackberry service, linked the device to the user and sent a device password to sync wirelessly. The sync did work initially and sent my emails, calendar and contacts. Now I cannot get any emails and if I send an email it rejects based on a decrypting error, my calendar no longer syncs and I suspect the contact do not either. the blackberry service in 365 tell me it is sending info to my device but none is coming through. I have tried to reactivate and that is not getting through.
