Calendar does not sync in full

Hi

 

We have 7-8 Curve 9320 handsets which we run using with BBCS + Office 365. Email and contacts sync fine.

Calendar does sync but not in full - some future appointments show on outlook calendar but do not sync to BB handset. This happens for all users.

 

Any help appreciated.

I would suggest you contact your mobile service provider and ask that your issue be escalated to BlackBerry support for investigation.
