I have a user whose contacts are no longer syncing back and forth. I saw for myself user entering a contact in Outlook that didn't sync to BB as well another contact entered on BB that did not sync back to Outlook.
He is using BB 9700, Outlook 2010 on the Office 365 platform. We are on Blackberry Business Cloud Services
In earlier version of BES there was a threshold of 8000 contacts allowed but this changed for BES version 5 and up. Does the 8000 threshold still apply with Blackberry Business Cloud Services?

It appeared to have to do with a limit on the number of contacts that were supported, which I believe to be 8000. I had the affected user shed some unneeded contacts to drop well below the threshold, once this was done the sync issues went away.
