i restored my protect yesterday and everything else got retreived apart from my contacts. this is the first time this happening. can someone please help or else i'm screwed up!!!

my phone is bold 9700.

On your 9700, please go to Options > Status.

Press the Menu key > Database Sizes.

Scroll down to Address Book, and what are the numbers to the right, which will look like "123/56k"

Ok, good, so does 103 contacts sound correct for what you should have?

Open your Address Book on the BlackBerry > press the Menu key > Filters.

Make sure NO filters are checked.

I've got more contacts than this. All the contacts showing are from my sim card.

I've told you everything. Guess it's gone. First time, it's happened, do u know if I can retrieve back up going back to jan? As it worked then. It's my silly insurance company that keeps resetting it to manufacturers setting
