Contacts not synching

I have a user who is able to sync email and calendar entries between their device and Office365 but contacts are not updating in either direction. What could this be?

Start with this.



In outlook Make a new folder for contacts called backup

move all contacts to the folder and wait for all to be removed from device

then pull battery on device and put back in

After device boots move contacts from backup to the contacts folder and wait for them all to appear

Make a new contact in outlook and see if it gets to the device.

Also this works well too

I purchased Z10 yesterday and am unable to sync the contact from the outlook. whenever I contact the z10 with the desktop manager it say the application does not support z10.

Can someone help me. or it is that we just cannot sync the way we use to in the older versions. Is MS Outlook not supported!!

Pls help me
