I have one particular user that recevied most of his email just fine on both the BB device and his Outlook 2010.
There is an email that just don't arrive in his Outlook 2010 client (not exists in his mailbox) but arrive on the device, they are couple of email msgs arrived to his device on same day.
He able to forward the email msg thru device to me.
Currently my company using Microsoft® Office365 Cloud Services & BlackBerry® Business Cloud Services for Microsoft® Office 365.
Can anyone help on this issue?
