Email unable to reconcile status after Office365 Interface Update

Hi,

 

We are on Office365 and BBSC.

Recently, we have an update on Office365, following suit, when you read or delete an email on your Outlook, your iPhone, your Android etc... the read/delete status doesn't reflect on the BB (which is activated via BES activation) itself.

 

It doesn't matter whether if the email is in the inbox or a redirected folder. We have tried resend service book, and resend policy. it doesn't seem to work.

 

Can anyone from BB offer a solution or at least an explanation why, aside from pushing the blame to MS?
