It seems there might be a sort of Message filter that is blocking out specific types of emails from being Recieved on my blackberry device.
I receive newsletters to my work email address and they are being delivered to my Outlook via Office 365, but they are not being delivered to my Handheld
I am the Global administrator with full access to the Blackberry console. I have verified there is no message filters in place. This is happening for everyone in my organization.
An example is a message frp, email@example.com Any message from this source is delivered to outlook but it will never deliver to my handheld.
Any help is greatly appreciated as always.
