Exchange 2003 and accent marks problems

I have an Exchange 2003 mail server and a lot of BB Q5, all is working fine...but I have an strange problem with spanish accent marks. It works ok in the first line of a new email, but if you start to write a new email in the second line and send the email, all the accent marks and letters will be deleted, for example, this is a new email:

(First line of the body in blank)

This is the second line of the body: Álava, campeón, ilusión...

Sent from my smartphone BlackBerry 10

I'll receive:

(First line of the body in blank)

This is the second line of the body: lava, campen, ilusin...

Sent from my smartphone BlackBerry 10

I tried with an Exchange 2010, GMail, Hotmail...and all of them works ok, it's just with my Exchange 2003.

I'm sure it's a problem related with signature, I've tried by erasing it, but if you start to write in the second line the problem persist. I know I only have to start to write in the first line to solve the problem, but in my company there're a lot of people working with BB Q5 and they don't like this solution.

Any sugestion? Thanks!
