My client has recently migrated from having their own Exchange / BES Servers onto Office 365. After the migration was completed and we shut down the old Exchange and BES servers, a number of users on older (non x10) Blackberries have reported issues where the contacts that are correct in Outlook are now showing up on their Blackberries as "/o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=username850".
All of the bad addresses are for internal company contacts (not for any external email addresses).
Newer Q10 and Z10 BBs are not having this issues.
I am suspecting their may be an issue with Blackberry Cloud Services as we have tried to correct this contact information on the Blackberry, but it re-replicates on the BB with the bad address ...
Has anyone else experience this? Any ideas how to resolve this?
