Mail redirection folders not visible in administration service

For one of our accounts the default configuration settings for e-mail do not show any folders to choose from for the redirection settings. It just says Mailbox - Name, and does not have the possibility to enlarge the tree or to tick any folders for syncing. Therefore mails are not redirected.

 

For all other users every thing works fine, the folders inbox and sent are shown and can be marked.

We have tried to delete the user completely from the BES and reinstall and reactivate him. There was no change. Also setting the folders on the device did not help. 

 

Many thanks in advance for any hint helping us to solve the problem, as the user can currently not receive any mails on his device.

It looks like an interface problem between the Exchange Server and BBCS.
