We utilize RSA Software tokens on our Blackberry devices for enterprise portals (not for Blackberry devices or access to them). We simply deploy our RSA Software tokens via e-mail, as an .sdtid attachment, then import them to the SecurID application via the add-in menu commands. Our users that have moved to Office365 can download those tokens to other devices (iPhone) via ActiveSync and if they're still attached to our local BES 5.0 server and our internal Exchange servers (non-migrated users), they can still receive the .sdtid file on their 9800's. However, devices activated against BES Cloud Services for MS365 can't seem to allow the import of the SDTID token to the RSA SecurID application. It does seem to just be tied to those migrated Blackberry users (at this time). Any changes we might be missing in our BCS for O365? We've tried under the default profile settings as well as our normal security profile.
