My Carrier: ATT

No calendar or Address book

Device has been activate, email is working fine.  Reports a fail on Address Book Sync (syncs 590 of 630 contacts). Reports success on calendar sync, yet there are no entries on the BB, while the outlook calendar has entries.

If your device is on a BES in the Enterprise Activation do the following

In the email field, press and hold the ALT key and type CNFG. Once you enter this a hidden menu should appear.

Change the "Wireless Sync" option to No and save and exit

Repeat the first step and change "Wireless Sync" option to YES, save and exit. Give it some time and the activation would sync all the databases including the address book.
