Enterprise activation, Email account with Office365
Brief problem description: When I do an 'advanced search'-> 'remotely' on this email account, the search results are highly unreliable - it fails to find anything most of the times, or it returns a partial list. I am unable to find a pattern to this.
Is there anything I can/need to do on the server side (BB cloud services admin) to improve the reliability? Is there anything I can do on the device side?
This is a pretty important part of the functionality, since from time to time I will need to search through old email on the server. Any help is highly appreciated.
