Hello!
I have problem with bb when i try to sync PIM.
If i try to activate the bb with IT policy to enable PIM, the activation stacks either on 0% or 11%.
The email is activated and i can receive but the activation process stays at "initializing".
If i create a new policy with PIM sync disabled, i can activate the bb without a problem.
If then i change the PIM to enabled in the IT policy, starts slow sync and it stacks.
I have wiped a lot of time the device. I tried with a second device and i still have to problem.
