I have a client with 20 blackberry devices of various types and ages, all on Verizon Wireless. Today several of them stopped getting their Office365 email on their devices. I don't know if it is everyone, but there are several, and seemingly their last messages came at different times, some just past noon, another at almost 3. I am getting email on my blackberry, but I am on another Office 365 Tenant and on AT&T.
The Admin console says everything is fine and that there has been contact with the devices, but none of them are getting new email. I had them try to send and at least 2 of them were successful.
They rely heavily on their blackberries, so this is very disturbing.
Any help would be appreciated, I have resent service books and IT policies, and had one of them do a battery pull. All 3 to no avail.
