I am having issues with my Blackberry (a Bold 9900) synching open with Office365.
New mail arrives within minutues of receiving it in Outlook.
Synchronizations for read messages and deletions from Outlook (either the desktop version of Outlook or the web version) to the Blackberry take hours to happen.
Synchronizations from the Blackberry back to outlook happen in minutes.
I have done a battery pull, security wiped my device then removed it from the Blackberry cloud services using the WebAdmin tool and then re-activated and the problem remains.
Anyone have any ideas?

Yes, I can confirm that this issue is a general issue and impacting more companies than yours. It's a known issue that was caused by an update to Office 365. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is currently working on a fix.
