Re: Sent Items Appearing on Blackberry as email to Myself

They were all BlackBerry users before they were moved to O365 too? I wish I could shed some light. You are moving mail differently than we are, so maybe there is a difference there.

Re: Sent Items Appearing on Blackberry as email to Myself

majadarowska - Another thing I found on Mac's is that when messages are sent, replied to or forwarded  from any Mac client I tested, the normal Sent Item (with a check mark) does not show on the BlackBerry at all, only as an open email in the BlackBerry's Inbox. Tey do appear in the OWA and client Sent Items folders.

This has a different result than the Android issue I talked about earlier, which had two Sent Messages and only when Composed from Android..

I have the same issue from a new setup with Ofifce 365, very annoying...

hiding sent messages for now until BB finds a solution.

Same issue here with a Cruve 8530. After migration to O365. Migration to not happen smoothly though.

Have performed the following:

Checked the 'Close original message...' in Outlook 2010.

Enterprise Email setting on BB was not set to Microsoft Exchange (through Desktop Mangager).
