They were all BlackBerry users before they were moved to O365 too? I wish I could shed some light. You are moving mail differently than we are, so maybe there is a difference there.

majadarowska - Another thing I found on Mac's is that when messages are sent, replied to or forwarded from any Mac client I tested, the normal Sent Item (with a check mark) does not show on the BlackBerry at all, only as an open email in the BlackBerry's Inbox. Tey do appear in the OWA and client Sent Items folders.
This has a different result than the Android issue I talked about earlier, which had two Sent Messages and only when Composed from Android..

i've got the same Issue, send Mails from my Iphone; Android or WinPhone7 shown in the Inbox of my 9900.
RIM knows the Problem but no resolution at Time.

Same issue here with a Cruve 8530. After migration to O365. Migration to not happen smoothly though.
Have performed the following:
Checked the 'Close original message...' in Outlook 2010.
Enterprise Email setting on BB was not set to Microsoft Exchange (through Desktop Mangager).
