Unable to use BlackBerry Contacts Application in Facebook

Hi everyone,


I'm trying to enable the BlackBerry Contacts application in Facebook, but both it and the Calendar application are greyed out.  I only have the default IT policy applied from the Office 365/BlackBerry Cloud Services BES, but according to Google, the problem can be resolved by following this KB article.  However, when I expand Policy, I see Manage IT Policies, not Manage IT Policy Rules.


This seems like a strange thing to be disabled -- I would expect the BES to either allow control of the policy or to default to enabled.  That's why I expect I'm missing something here -- can someone help me out?
