We are moving to exchange online from inhouse Exchange 2000 and inhouse BES. I have moved one user over and am doing my testing with this user. When i did the enterprise activation on his BB Curve, I noticed that no old emails were synched at all - only items from the point of activation forward are synching. On our inhouse BES, I am able to set the number of days back to sync (up to a max of 14). I do not see any options for this at all in your cloud based app. Is this possible at all?

I have exactly the same problem. I've deleted the user off the BES, waited 2 hours, done a security wipe but still its only showing emails up to 6 days ago when the new Blackberry was purchased and activated. Any ideas would be much appreciated
