no older emails

Hi,

 

we are testing office 365 and business cloud via BlackBerry® Administration Service.

The problem is that no older emails (emails before using business cloud services) are synchronised/forwarded to the device.

Is there a setting in business cloud for synchronising all emails of a folder (e.g. inbox)
