My Device: bold 9790

no sync with office365

i've active an office365 enterprise and I activated bbcs in 7/1/2014.

at this moment my bb don't synchronize any mail.
in blackberry web desktop I see this message

but no one new message is sync with my phone after 13.00pm and I have on my server at least 10 messages.
This issue started in Sunday 26.

Any news?
Can I do some actions?

on my web desktop manager, on "Redirection Folders" I don't see all folders, but an older version.

How can test connectivity bbcs vs ms office365?


My phone work very well with bis vodafone and also with o365 all changes I make on my device is correctly applied on o365 and I can send from my phone but not receive.


Can I open TT or write to a specific support team?
