I have a client that is using BBZ10 and for some reason he can no longer see his outlook calendar even though its setup to recieve calendar and its check off for that too.
email and contacts work fine.
I have tried removing his account off the device and re-sync with no luck, calendar is still not showing up.
the strange part is when launching calendar and looking up menegae calendars, nothing is showing up there.
has anyone come across this issue?

What type of email account is added to the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? Also have you tried to do a manual calendar synchronization with BlackBerry Link?
