Hello. So I bought my BB curve 8520 and I've tried to install App World. It says that it is installed but when I go to my phone it's not there. I've looked everywhere and even used "show all". I've uninstalled and installed again, I tried to install from my blackberry instead of installing it from my computer and it doesn't appear. However, when I go to Options>advanced>applications it's there. What's wrong? I've been looking all around and I just don't get it.
Help please, thank you!

Hey mariandiL,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
When was the last time you saw the BlackBerry App World icon?
Also what version of OS are you running on the Curve 8520? This is located under Options>About>3rd line down.

I´ve never seen the Blackberry App World icon.
My OS is 4.6.1.314 i guess? Is what I have in 3rd line.
Thank you again

Hi, I have the same issue with my app world. I have the BB curve 8520 updated the App World version.
