since a week ago until now all the contacts does not show images

is there any other way?

@blackberryhelp said that avatar issues have been resolved in most regions and we should already be able to see profile picture.

As for mine, I can see my old contacts pictures and the everytime they change their profile pictures it's appear on recent update.

But for new contacts that I added within last two week, didnt appears. And this problems also happened to almost all of my friends

Maybe u should re install ur bbm ?
Or restore ur contact list . But don't forget to back up first .
If the way not working . U must be patient because my friend have the same problem and she can't change display picture for 1 month .

Yes.. I have the same problem..

I have unchecked the  "Replace Blackberry Contact Pictures with Blackbery Messenger pictures" and I have confirmed that the problem still persists...

I tried wiping, reinstalling the OS, reinstalling the BBM software, multiple attempts of restoring... still not working... I have been trying to look for a solution to this problem since 4 days ago...

I really hope somebody can provide an official explanation from RIM about this problem.  If the problem is indeed from the RIM servers.. then I'll just wait until they finish fixing the problem instead of me trying to solve the problem..
