I recently downloaded the new BBM 5.0 and its amazing but one of my contacts got a new phone and now he cant see my display pic but i see his and then i have a contact that i CANT see her pic but she can see mine.... so i wanna know why this happens. if anyone knows how to fixt it please advice.....thanks much!

Delete the contact and readd the ones who you can't see there picture.

I am having exactly the same problem. I had to reinstall BBM after i had alot of re-invite issues everytime i messaged a contact. I ahve resstored my contact list but none of the avatars loaded. I have tried deleting the contact and adding them again, i have done a battery pull, i have asked my contact to battery pull and even update their display picture but nothing. They can see my avatar no problems.

Can someone please help me with this?

I was very happy with my BBM til 2 days back when I restored contacts and I have lost all my contacts display pictures! I tried downloading the latest BBM again and again (I think more than 5 times), reboot, battery pullback yet still no pictures If I knew this would happen I wouldn't hv backed up and restore back the contacts Please help me with thos, I wanna be happy again ((
