BB singh
I just want RIM to confirm whether it's their fault or Mobilink's.
I'm not asking for any support from RIM, as I know they charge for providing the support to individuals. But service provider here (MOBILINK) is blaming RIM for the issue and I personally feel that it's their fault no RIM's.
Dear if you can get some info, please let me know. I appreciate your gesture for finding it out for all of us (BIS users in Pakistan).
Thanks in advance.

Andy asked "everything appears to be in order. Does your account under Messages > Options show as having support for html email at all? "
No.

Come on RIM answer my Question ?
I think it's a very easy and simple question. All you have to say is either Admit your fault or say that Mobilink is wrong ?

If you want an answer from RIM call RIM and pay for support. That is the best way to get an accurate and officially supported answer.
