Blackberry Appworld Error 30702

Hi! 

 

Does anyone how to resolve a Blackberry Error with ID number 30702 and which requires you to login? I followed some tips over Youtube but it's still not working. I can't download any applications. HELP!

Check the below knowledge base article -

 

  • KB28212 "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7
