Re: Blackberry in Ukraine (question to RIM)

You are right about language support.

RIM enable Ukrainian language  for 35 millions of Ukrainian-speaking perspective users.

Re: Blackberry in Ukraine - need Ukrainian kbd layout

Late reply, but there's a solution for Ukrainian speakers:

http://blackberry.beiks.com/BlackBerry-Ukrainian-Keyboard/

Free trial, $14USD

RIM really should think and finally include the Ukrainian keyboard layout in the multi-language versions of BB's OS in all future releases/updates. Ukraine is a very important and potentially large market for RIM.

Re: Blackberry in Ukraine (question to RIM)

This is ridiculous. That BlackBerry does not support the Ukrainian language, leaving it to third-party developers to come up with solutions, is a slap in the face of 46 million Ukrainians.

I was seriously thinking about buying the BlackBerry Bold 9930, but now I favor the Samsung Galaxy S 2.

Get with the program BlackBerry (I hope you're not doing all your business in Ukraine via Moscow, that would be your first mistake))).
