Hello,
since new year my BB inbox doesn't sync with my gmail account. Im running the latest OS (7.1.0) for Bold 9900, I've checked gmail configuration, I've deleted and reconfigured the gmail account in my BB but nothing works.
Help please!

Hey!! mgatteton,
Are you referring to calendar & contact sync?? If so, try below steps
Go to Setup > Email Accounts > Internet Mail Account, Select the Gmail address, press the menu and select Edit, disable Contacts and Calendar.
Then go into the device Options > Device > Advanced system settings > Service Books > delete the Gmail service books.
Now Setup > Email Accounts > Internet Mail Account > Select the Gmail address > press the menu and select Edit and enable the Contacts and Calendar and update your service books.

Thanks but nope, I've already checked that, I can't even sync the messages

Once again check by visiting gmail.com , under setttings check whether the IMAP is enabled...
1 more question.. by anychance, if you have any other existing email configured.. do you have the same issue with that too??

Nope! you won't be able to find it on BIS account login unless your operator advises you on that.. you can ask from them usually.. and gmail usually get configured on IMAP as it goes as "gimap".. sometimes, in worst case it configures using pop too..

I just read this on another thread posted here.. May be you can try below steps and see..
I'm on BIS, had the same problem, what worked form me was;
#1. Go to E-mail > Options > Email Reconciliation and changed the setting to Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld
#2. Then changed the settings back to Delete On: Prompt
As the post helped two users on the above.. but I never tested nor had any instance to test it out though this is not a stable solution, but it worked for them. ![]()

Didn't work, it's deeper, simply won't connect anything. I'll contact my provider's support. Thanks anyway

I have a similar situation. Starting from today, I my BB doesn't sync my Gmail account and I received e-mails with big delays. I did what you said with the reconciliation and it worked only with delays, I mean now I receive them immediately, but anyway it doesnt sync with rest of my messages...
It's a problem from Google?
I have other e-mail accounts from others providers and it just works perfect.
