Just bought storm 9530 (Verizon set) new one. But im having problem to create a BIS account in my country.
The error is Cannot create account: This BlackBerry(R) device is not registered with your wireless service provider. Please register this device and verify that the URL of the current web site matches the one provided by your wireless service provider.
The problem is my device isnt registered yet with any carrier and it is also haven't registered on Verizon.
Really need advise on this matter.
Thanks.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
You didn't say what country you are in nor the carrier you wish to use. There may be an activation with your carrier that must be done first. On VZW, it's a couple of *228 calls -- but I have no idea if that's applicable to you. My advice, contact whoever you are buying your phone service from and ask them how to activate.

Hmmm...not sure...but I do see Celcom showing they have Storms, so I'm not positive. Do you know if they are GSM or CDMA? Whichever they are, you should also set your data connection (Manage Connection > Mobile Network Options) to match the Network Technology that they use. You should see the symbol for it right below the signal strength bars in the top-right. And the letters (whatever they are -- 1XEV, GSM, 3G, etc.) should be UPPER CASE...lower case will mean that your BB sees the network, but is not connected.
I still am thinking, nevertheless, that you need Celcom to help out getting you going. Not only does your device need to "talk" the right networking, but your account needs to have the proper data plan in order to use the BB internet-based services.
Keep trying...we'll figure it out.

Celcom is on GSM. Already set the right network technology which is 3G & 2G. The letters are all UPPER CASE.
I already contact Celcom to solve this matter but they informed me that they haven't support the 9530 model. They're only support 9500.
Is there anyway I can make it work on Celcom?

Excellent! It is too bad that we don't know a true reason why, but at least you are going again. Please do us a favor and mark the thread as solved, though, so that others can more easily know that it is so.
Thanks!

The technical support dont know much about the device I think so.. so I turn to other help my friend with deep experience regarding Storm.
He assist me by exploring deep into the device, the engineering screen to play with the networks, IPs and APN.
Eventhough it takes some time but it really works.
