Connection Problems

Hi,

My first time here, so I hope I'm in the right forum.

We're running BES server for Lotus Notes and have several users all up and working fine.  My boss got a new BB Storm to replace his 8703e.  It's set up and working fine.

 

Took the old one, gave it a new phone number and tried to activate it on our BES.  I'm running into several problems;

- Can't synchronize wirelessly

- Can't activate wirelessly, activated via USB direct to server, still won't synchronize.

- Can't get onto the Blackberry Browser.  Opens, but when I try to go to the home page it times out after 2 minutes.

 

I can send and receive e-mail no problem through my bell.blackberry.net account.

Wireless synchronization is enabled.  I've blown away the 8703e several times and reloaded with no luck.

Solved this on another Post.  BES Service was not enabled by the vendor.
