Duplicate folders in Outlook after lost contacts and calendar in blackberry

Hi,

 

My manage lost contacts and calendar on  blackberry, 2 days before. Now, he is getting duplicate folders in his outlook and OWA (like, Calendar, Junk Email, Tasks, Notes etc.) Duplicate folders in outlook now only contain what my manager has entered from his blackberry after he lost contacts and calendar.

 

Please suggest a solution to rectify this.

I got solution for this issue as below. However, it is not allowing me to delete duplicate folders in Outlook. How to delete duplicate folders in outlook.

  1. Move data from duplicate folders to original folders on Outlook.
  2. Delete duplicate folders from Outlook.
  3. Wipe BlackBerry.
  4. Sync BlackBerry with exchange.
