Start with rebooting both your computer and soft resettings your Blackberry (pull battery with device on) and try sync'g again.

If that fails, uninstall the Desktop Manager and re install it again.

EDIT: Before reinstalling, try deleting the Intellisync folder and try to sync again. RIM Knowledgebase article KB11703 will tell you how to delete the folder.

Tried all the above, but still no contact sync!  Any other recommendations.  We are running outlook 2000 if that makes any difference.  My previous company ran Outlook 2003.

Re: Error Code OX3b21 no contact Sync

I have discovered the answer!!!!!!

This error is caused by selecting the wrong option on installing the program.

Put the CD back in and select MODIFY

When the program runs make sure you select the FIRST "Personal Email" option and NOT the echange server option eeven though it mentions Outlook!  On the Modify menu it is clearer and does not suggest you need a blackberry email address.

When the program is fully re-installed you can run and set up the Sync files from Outlook Contacts, Notes, To Do, Etc...

Works great!!!!!
