Let me start by saying I'm just getting into IT (made a major career switch) and I work for a small integrator. As a result, since I'm the only one with a blackberry and use it regularly, I've been named the in house BB expert (go ahead laugh at me ;-) )
Down to the point here, I have a client where all users have two email addresses. The addresses are basically aliases for a user's email box on an IMAP server. No matter which address you send an email to, it ends up in the same IMAP box. One set of the email addresses which point to a domain setup recently, will not fly with the BIS email setup. The addresses that are associated with the older domain work fine with no issues and the handhelds are able to access that user's particular IMAP account.
Does anyone have any idea as to why this might be going on? Let me know if I need to provide more information.
Thanks in advance!
