Hi I'm a noobs bout blackberry (infact I dun have one)
My boss blackberry kept a sent copy evrytime he emails (he use BIS service and our company doesn't have BES) and it's kept filling the sentbox folder on the server. How can I disable this feature?
Were using Indonesian service provider (Telkom) and he's using a Bold 9000.
Thx before~ (and please do help me, my boss kept nagging me on this~(TT__TT)~

OK, I see that your email account is set as an IMAP account, which will reconcile your sent messages.
That is the way IMAP works.
There are users here everyday begging for this to work exactly as you have it set. I don't know how to unset that, it is working as designed.
You may be able to set some filter on your incoming mail to move all messages from this user to a separate folder on the mail server rather than the incoming mail server.

i have same ur prob. check his BIS version if it's 2.6 so no solution for that and u should delete everytime sent items folder manually
