its not working, i reloaded the software, it still is the same....
even worse i know have to accept that agreement application which i cannot scroll to accept, so now my phone is just sitting there on that stupid page.... making it impossible for me to even navigate.
Im really getting frustated with this blackberry thing it has given me problems since three weeks of owning it and ever since now the things have just been going on a downward spiral

What page are you talking about? It would help if you would describe the steps you've taken.

After reloading the software, done because of probable file corruption. I am now restoring my data, my question is, I have had my phone unlocked, will it still be unlocked afetr reinstalling the operating system? or do I have to unlock it again??
BTW your instructions were great, thank you. But you should also update to include Win7? ![]()
Tnx,
John

Sorry but no i acctualy just moved to an android device on T-mobile but i did find one thing if u have a friend on tmobile that has a blackberry just ask to borrow there sim card for like 15 minute (hopefully they let u) then go to options advanced options and click wireless update and that should do it PS. the friend needs to have a data plan
