My Carrier: verizon

I do not have Email capability anymore . Somehow it was deleted off my phone. How do I get it back?? Is there a download from rim?

Please try this, using your BlackBerry browser...

• Go to mobile.blackberry.com
• Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
• Choose the appropriate email set up options.

Does this work for you?

FWIW, I don't either.  I have a Curve 9330 and while I see both my accounts connected to my Blackberry in the email setup section, it requires a password (none of my passwords work) and the instructions to even try to reset my pw aren't where the "help" suggests they are supposed to be.

Do you mean go to the Blackberry web browser?   If so, that's not working as there is no "communication" option.

STILL HAVING THIS ISSUE... MY 2 YR OLD OPENED MY PHONE AND SOMEHOW GOT INTO THE APPLICATION MANAGEMENT AND DELETED THE APPLICATION FOR INTERNET EMAILING..... HOW DO I GET THIS BACK.
