I' am in UK and bought a BlackBerry Storm 9530 from ebay a month ago. I have done the registration with the provider which is 3 network and everything was fine and the internet was really great.
After two weeks and it has been a week now I didn't get any internet connection such a sudden. The BlackBerry internet icon is not there anymore. I've tried the battery pull, however the icon only shows after a few minutes then gone again.Can somebody please help me solve this problem?

I am still wondering, why does this happened such a sudden? Anyways, How do I send the service book to my provider then? I would like to try this. Please advice...

Ok Adli I have done some behind the scenes work for you and found out that your service provider does have the service books in their system.
This is what I need you to do
I need you to go to Options- Advance Options- Service Book on your device. I now need you to locate and delete the following two service books
IPPP for BIBS [IPPP]
Blackberry Internet Browsing Service
Once this is done I need you to go to Options- Advance Options – Host Routing Table (HRT), once you are in the HRT hit the menu button and select Register Now.
Let me know if the Browser icon comes back! If it does not I have a few other things we can try.

Hi SmoothRider,
I have deleted the two items and did as well the second step you told me, 'Register Now'. The small message window came up says 'Registration Message Sent!'. But then, nothing else happened. Still no browser icon, no blackberry internet icon either.

Adli here is something else we can try.
One thing that may be causing this to happen is a corrupted Service Book database on the device. You can clear this database using the below steps.
Once you do this, disconnect your device and follow the steps I gave you before for registering from the Host Routing Table.

Done it but still no different. The Service Book is empty in my device now. And I have tried to register again.
I was wondering, how could I receive the new service book without any internet connection?

As long as you have a data plan with your carrier you will be able to get the service books. Have you recived anything yet ?

Are you getting Data on your device? Do you see1XEV or EDGE? I have sent you a PIN message and it does not appear to be going through. Try doing a battery pull to get registered back on the network as of right now I am showing you are not getting data coverage. You may have to call your carrier to get back on the data network.
