Is there a Desktop Application for BBM where i can send messages from my computer?

not exactly. But I know there is an application that enables you to control your BlackBerry device from a Windows PC. You can look in that direction, then you will be able from your PC to open the BBM on your device (and use it).

SOTI Pocket Controller-Pro for BlackBerry can do exactly what you're looking for and a whole lot more.  It works as Xandrex has described it.  I use it for BBM from my desktop.
