Podcasts can't be listen directely in BlackBerry devices. However, there are some alternative ways. Check this article to kow more Listen to Podcasts in BlackBerry Devices.

download blackberry media sync and it will create a file called podcasts in your media player.  Everytime you update your podcasts in itunes go to your blackberry media sync and it will find them automatically and put them into your podcast file on your blackberry.  in your media player go to music, then playlists, then podcasts.

I downloaded "AudioBay Podcast Player". I really like it. I think I downloaded it from the Verizon Wireless App Store and I don't remember how much it costed - it wasn't much.
