Music store on playbook does not launch - blue screen

Hello - all of a sudden I no longer can launch Music Store  - i click on the icon and I get a light blue screen with no details that stays for about 10 seconds then disapears and the app does not launch ? Any remedy solutions please ? tks

I have exactly the same problem - how do you re-install the music store?  its frustrating as i have paid for music that i now cant download and there seems to be no way of resetting the music store

I was told by 7digital to restore entire desktop on PlayBook using blackberry pc software but it didn't work because I hadn't backed up before the music store failed. You can access your 7 digital account on pc or lap top and then copy tunes to your PlayBook using BB desktop software but not ideal why haven't blackberry sorted this problem out? users.
