Network connections wont work.

No clue where to post this move it to where it goes if there is another place. but basically my ball is broken on my blackberry(Pearl) and i cant click with it so i use the enter key bottom right. and so today my Mobile network wont work.  i go to manage connections and try clicking mobile network on and it wont turn on only my blue tooth does. anyone have a solution to my problem to let me text and call because right now i have no service what so ever. Message me.

Welcome to the support forums kasketeo,

 

Try to reset the device by removing the battery for 30 seconds and replacing it. After the device reboots try seeing if you can check the Mobile Network box. You can also check/uncheck the option by hitting the space key at the bottom of the device.
