It wont as app that are purchase are only good under one BlackBerry ID.
What is the error message when you are trying to log into App World on your device?

I don't have any problems now. I have changed internet providers and will need to change the email associated with my Blackberry ID. Is there a way to do it without changing the ID?

You will need to get the email that was sent to the email account and follow the links inside that.
