Does the cdo.dll file apply to BES Server for Lotus Domino?
Anyway, if you wish to patch a single handset rather than patch the BES server for all handsets (you may only have a few NZ users like me) you can do the following from the devices browser (Also fixes Australian DST issue):
First you need to download the official North American 2007 DST patch, found here:
http://www.blackberry.com/dst2007
Then, after applied and rebooted apply the International 2008 DST update found here.
http://www.blackberry.com/dst2007/patches/carrier/
or for earlier bberry OS try:
http://www.blackberry.com/dst2007/patches/carrier/
Lastly, Voda in NZ seem to have a guide for patching all the various servers. Any tried this and confirm it's the server based solution?

Cheers.

I can confirm that installing KB959897 onto our BES (v4.1.6.9 with all previous DST patches applied) also fixed the problem for me (NZ site).

i took the risk and resolved my issue by:
- unregister cdo.dll on BES
- copy cdo.dll from Exchange and paste to BES
- re-register cdo.dll on BES
- reboot BES
Afterward event created/updated on Blackberry shows up correctly in Outlook.
Good luck everyone!
