Re: Not able to access OWA via BIS

Hi there!

Good job on finding the KB! Well done!

But...of the 12 causes in the KB, which one applies to you?

Thanks!

Re: Not able to access OWA via BIS

Hi,

Its clause no 2 (Once you are redirected to the Microsoft Outlook Web Access login screen, the web address will change. If you see /CookieAuth.dll has been added to the web address, an ISA Server is present.)

Thanks,

Deepak

Re: Not able to access OWA via BIS

Oops! My mistake...I had pulled up the wrong KB from your first link...sorry about that! 10 swats for me!!!

Ah yes...the ISA issue...some have theorized that to be MS's way of blocking out BB's from working with the MS world. I'm hoping that there is no such conspiracy! :smileytongue:

At present, RIM has no sanctioned methodology to work around that issue. However, there is another thread running here on the forums that has been discussing ways to surmount it. It is all beyond my personal technical abilities, but from what I gather there is hope from that group. See this thread:

Good luck!
