Password Keeper password

I have a guy that is telling me that yesterday he was able to log into password keeper but today he cannot.. 

He has a curve 8300 on ATT using our company BPS.

There is no way to retrieve the password for PasswordKeeper.

 

The only way is to recall it.

 

Make full device backup before trying to recall the password.

 

After 10 unsuccessfull attempts PasswordKeeper will erase its storage.

 

Now restore backup to the device and try to guess again.
